We’re pleased to let families know that our school meals provider, Caterlink, will be offering a special menu on 12 February to celebrate World Kindness Day.
World Kindness Day is an opportunity to highlight the importance of kindness, respect and consideration for others, which links closely with British values such as mutual respect and tolerance, as well as our own school value of courtesy. Children will be able to add their own toppings to a margherita pizza or enjoy veggie dippers, followed by shortbread smiley biscuits for dessert.
Meals can be ordered in the usual way, and families eligible for income-based Free School Meals or Universal Free School Meals do not need to pay.

Year 3 pupils will be taking part in an exciting educational visit to the Tower of London on Wednesday 18 March 2026 to support their learning.
In the first session, 'Knights and Castles', pupils will learn about the Tower’s role as a castle and fortress, identify key defensive features, and compare life in the Medieval period with life today. They will also take part in practical skills tests as they train to become a knight!
In the second session, 'The Queens Behind Henry VIII', pupils will explore the real women behind the famous “divorced, beheaded…” rhyme and discover about life in Tudor times.
The visit will be a hands-on, immersive experience designed to bring history to life in a memorable and engaging way.
We will be in touch with parents and guardians nearer the time with more information such as drop-off and collection times.
