Here at Parkside Community Primary School we run a free Breakfast Club accessible for all pupils in the school dining hall. The club is run by experienced and dedicated Teaching Assistants on Monday to Fridays during term time. Breakfast club is open from 8.10am until 8.40am. Children are expected to arrive no later than 8.30am.

Here at Parkside Community Primary School we believe that a good, nourishing breakfast is a fundamental right. Unlike many other schools we offer our Breakfast Club free of charge for all our children.
There is no need to book a space but parents and carers are expected to escort their children to the main entrance at the School Office so that safeguarding procedures are met and children can be registered.
In Term 4 the lunch clubs that will be on offer are;

Wednesday – Tri Golf
Thursday – Netball
Friday – KS2 Dodgeball
All the clubs will engage all children to the school values and help improve confidence and skills required, but ensuring all children have fun and are active.

All After-School Clubs are free for pupils and run from 15:00 to 16:00.
Please ensure children are collected from the main entrance at the School Office.
If you would like you child to attend an after-school club please contact the School Office for availability.
Dance Club
This term KS2 pupils in Dance Club will be working on their Street Dance. They will be starting off by learning a routine to 'God is a Dancer' by Tiesto and Mable and then 'Old Town Road' by Lil Nas X.
Ball Games Club
Ball Games Club is run by PE and Sport Specialist Mr Groombridge and is specifically for Reception-Year 2 pupils. In Term 4 children will be looking to develop their throwing, catching skills and teamwork skills. We will also focus on resilience, effort and honesty; three of our school values.
Football Club
During this term in Football Club, we will be further developing our team play and putting our new skills and techniques into action in matches against other schools, showing team work, resilience, effort and aspiration.
